 information consisting of guest lists, guest information,
 restaurant information, and invitation creation and delivery
 (term considered too vague by the International Bureau -
 Rule 13 (2) (b) of the Regulations); computer services,
 namely, creating, maintaining, designing and implementing
 web sites for others; hosting an on-line community web site
 featuring automating events planning by collecting, editing,
 organizing, and modifying of guest lists, guest information,
 event information, comments, messages, and for creating
 invitations; providing a web hosting platform for
 non-downloadable software that enables electronic
 communications network users to create, upload, bookmark,
 view, annotate, share and discover data, information and
 media content; computer services, namely, creating an
 on-line community for registered users to participate in
 discussions, get feedback from their peers, form virtual
 communities, and engage in social networking services in the
 field of information location, entertainment, pleasure, or
 general interest; developing and hosting a server on a
 global computer network for the purpose of facilitating
 e-commerce via such a server; providing on-line
 non-downloadable software for preparation of electronic
 invitations, namely, software that enables users to
 personalize, design, upload content and customize electronic
 invitations; providing on-line non-downloadable software for
 uploading, posting, showing, displaying, tagging, sharing
 and transmitting messages, comments, multimedia content,
 photos, pictures, images, text, information, and other
 user-generated content; providing on-line non-downloadable
 software for sharing and discovering information and media
 content via mobile devices; providing a website featuring
 technology that enables users to upload and share digital
 photographs with others (term considered too vague by the
 International Bureau - Rule 13 (2) (b) of the Regulations);
 providing a website featuring technology that enables users
 to create, bookmark, annotate, and publicly share data (term
 considered too vague by the International Bureau - Rule 13
 (2) (b) of the Regulations)
