Cryogenic Metal processing- To be more exact, the process is an extention of cryogenic metal processing in which metals are cooled in liquid nitrogen and then heated through a range of approximately 600 degrees Various range (temperature) profiles maintained in this process are considered proprietary This process stress relieves the metals and other elements/plastics by de-stratifying their molecular structures and giving these materials extended wear characteristics The range of materials that are enhanced through this process are voluminous The process, however, is primarily focused on metals at present The process is generally a post manufacturing process and does not change the material composition Again, the MAGNETHERM process changes the wear characteristic of the treated product and not material composition
