and injection moulding processes to establish and implement
improvements with training support, custom training for
customers spanning the plastics technologies industry, from
introductory to advanced levels, including processors,
engineers and managers of different skill levels

Reviewing component design for manufacturing and/or
manufacturability (DFM) for supporting the design
development process and for designing, engineering and/or
developing tooling and moulding equipment, product cost and
capacity estimates, and custom processes and templates;
reviewing and assessing standard tooling and engineering,
including reviewing tool designs to identify and ensure a
best possible tool quality, and reviewing and developing
complete customer owned tool standards and tooling
requirement specifications (TRS); process development and
optimization, including testing and developing new moulds
and optimizing a full process using audits, design of
experiments, and process tolerance studies, conducting full
mould and process documentation, and assessing products and
components; trouble shooting, including optimizing a
customer's combination of DFM, tool design reviews and
injection moulding processes, for analyzing and resolving
existing problems in manufacturing and/or production, and
performing the trouble shooting remote or on-site in the
production environment with hands-on processes
