The "Exercise Physiologist" provides services by-- (1) acknowledging that the "Exercise Physiologist's" primary objective is to serve the public by optimizing human performance; and (2) sharing, guiding, counseling, and educating clients as an "Exercise Physiologist" in-- (A) SPORTS PROGRAMS as sports director, strength coach, and/or director/manager of state and national teams; (B) COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY PROGRAMS as professor, researcher, and/or administrator; (C) COMMUNITY PRACTICE as manager of health/wellness programs, director of corporate fitness/wellness programs, health/fitness club instructor, health/fitness director in correctional services and in police organizations; (D) CLINICAL PRACTICE to test/supervise cardiopulmonary patients, evaluate/supervise special populations (including but not limited to) diabetes, obesity, rheumatoid arthritis, dyslipoproteinemia, cystic fibrosis, hypertension, children with heart disease, low functional capacity, pregnancy, coronary artery disease, work hardening, and occupation rehabilitation; (E) GOVERNMENT/MILITARY SERVICES as fitness director/manager in military, including the Airforce and Army, careers in military services; (F) BUSINESS as a sports manager, consultant, sport psychologist; (G) PRIVATE PRACTICE as a personal health/fitness consultant, sport psychologist, sport biomechanics; (H) SPORTS NUTRITION PROGRAMS as an exercise nutritionist, exercise counselor or; (I) INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMS/PRACTICE as a health/fitness promotion, sports consultant, or via affiliation with international organizations
