Providing liaison services between business owners and managers within a specific building or group of buildings regarding telecommunication and telephony services; providing liaison services between business owners and managers within a specific building or group of buildings, namely, coordinating with third party providers of telecommunication and telephony services; coordination with third-party providers of hardware and software for installation and initial configuration; first-line help desk support for problems encountered by tenants for telephone, data, desktop, and computer hardware and computer software issues; first-line help desk support for problems encountered by tenants for billing issues; on-line computer hardware server maintenance and computer server software maintenance, namely, monitoring of server health and performance of backups and restores; order entry for new services ordered and moves, additions and changes for telephone, data, desktop and computer hardware and computer software components ;and coordination with centralized help desk and third party technical resource to perform technical and diagnostic tests on all telephone, data, desktop and multimedia equipment
